If you’re interested in touring ASA or have questions, please review the steps below..

1. Contact the School Director

Reach out by phone at (956) 463-1300 or (956) 463-9662. If we’re in class, we’ll return your call as soon as possible.

2. Submit the Introduction Form

We’d love to learn more about your student! Complete the ASA Introduction Form

3. Schedule an Information Session

We want to answer your questions and show you where your student will be learning! Call us to schedule a 15-minute Information Session.

4. Fill Out the Online Registration Form

Complete the ASA Registration Form online and submit it electronically.
PDF Forms are available and can be emailed to asaregistration@westernoutreach.org

5. Schedule Placement Testing

To ensure the best fit for your child’s learning path, we conduct placement testing for all incoming students. This helps identify strengths and address any gaps.

6. Submit Academic Records

Email your student’s academic records to asaregistration@westernoutreach.org.
